The sills are the areas most prone to rust.  As I went deeper into the project thee worse the rust damage I found.


Moving on to the inside of the car to finish the welds.

Fenders, fenders, fenders
After spending many weeks on the front and rear fenders, I can move on to more body work. I had 7 fender to work with to come up with 2 front and 2 rear usable pieces. Of course the worst fender was the one I didn't have a spare for it. I have been cutting out rust, welding in new metal and sanding filler forever. While the fenders are not perfect, I believe they will be acceptable.
